We sold our house 16 months ago, and Kirk told us exactly what to do to get our house ready. We followed his advice, and our house sold in five days for well above asking. The photographer he had take pictures did a great job, and our house looked amazing in the listing. We will certainly be calling him again in the future to purchase another property Roland and Susan So here we are almost 3 years later, and we have reached back out to Kirk to help us buy another house. He did a fair amount of travelling around until we found the perfect place for us. For medical reasons, we had to leave about 3 months until the closing. He wasted no time getting everything written up, offer accepted, and everything ready to go. With I,s dotted and T,s crossed, we will now wait for closing day with no worries.
